It has been confirmed by an Apple Store employee that Apple will now be selling iPhones to customers without having to purchase an AT&T plan. Anyone can purchase an iPhone from their retail stores but there’s a limit of purchasing one iPhone per customer per day, and a customer can only purchase 10 of them in their lifetime.
Buying an iPhone through Apple has become a snap now, just walk into a store and pick up any iPhone at the following prices; iPhone 3G 8GB for $499, iPhone 3GS 16GB for $599 and the 32GB model of iPhone 3GS for $699. Every customer should keep in mind that all these iPhones are off contract BUT the phone itself is locked to be used on AT&T’s network.
