Tesla is expected to refresh the Model Y eventually, but you don’t necessarily have to wait for the company to announce it to get a feel for what that might entail.
That’s after a young visual artist put together a concept of what a new Model Y could look like.
We’ve been expecting a refreshed Model Y ever since Tesla revamped the Model 3 with the new Highland design, but so far it is yet to actually happen. There have been reports that a new version of the popular EV will be unveiled before the end of the year.
On X, images of a potential Model Y redesign have been shared which have been created by Dominic, a German visual artist, and the imagery is stunning. We see a new rear lightbar that really changes the overall look of the vehicle while a new, more swept approach to the front-end design makes the whole vehicle appear more sporty in a similar way to the aforementioned Highland Model 3. We also see similar new lights, too.
If the real Model Y refresh, thought to be called Juniper inside Tesla, looks anything like this we can be assured that it will be a stunning look. Let’s hope that we don’t have to wait too much longer for Tesla to take the wraps off what it’s been working on, too.
