The company today updated its list of vintage and obsolete products, with the Apple Watch joined by the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros from the same year.

Apple lists products as vintage when they have not been produced for at least five years but less than seven. When a product has not been sold for seven years, Apple classes it as obsolete.

Products are considered obsolete when Apple stopped distributing them for sale more than 7 years ago. Monster-branded Beats products are considered obsolete regardless of when they were purchased.

This being the first Apple Watch ever made means it’s also the first time an Apple Watch has made the vintage list. The move comes as Apple gets ready to release the Apple Watch Series 7 following its announcement in mid-September. We don’t yet know when that product will go on sale, but Apple does say it will happen this fall.

There are still plenty of people who wear an original Apple Watch every day, although their numbers will surely tumble as time marches on.
