Apple today has finally issued a press release, confirming the launch of the much awaited white iPhone 4. The illusive iPhone 4 in white will be available for purchase officially, from tomorrow.
While the rumored launch is tomorrow, some retailers are already selling the white iPhone 4 ahead of time. One lucky Italian folk has been able to grab his from H3G store in Italy.
After breaking years of exclusivity with AT&T, Apple now looks forward to join hands with yet another carrier: T-Mobile. BGR has leaked a set of photos featuring iPhone prototype to be sold with T-Mobile. The internal model is N94 while the one on Verizon is N92 and the standard GSM one is N90.
The current iPhone buzz is all about the white iPhone 4 and the latest word on the street comes courtesy of 9to5Mac who have exclusive screenshots of Best Buy's inventory screen which point to an April 27th release.
Earlier we reported that white iPhone 4 may be available as early as 26th of this month in Italy. Only a day after that we found 3 UK offering the phone for order over the website which has now been pulled off.
Earlier rumors suggested that iPhone 5 will actually come with a global support which means it will have both GSM and CDMA radios. The rumor had its basis in the Qualcomm Gobi cellular/data chipset which was found included in the Verizon iPhone 4 when it was taken to pieces.
Folks at Vietnamese site Tinhte claims to have got their hands on an official white iPhone 4 from Apple which is said to be running a pre-release version of iOS 5. Video after the break.
Just yesterday, we reported that white iPhone 4 is less than 10 days away to see the light at Italy. That of course meant US and UK were supposed to see the launch before that and well they did.
