Final version of OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 is now available to download for public consumption. Here's everything that is new in this release.
After releasing iOS 9.2.1 beta 1 earlier today, Apple has now released its first OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 beta to developers, with beta 1 version arriving in the hands of testers just a week after final version of OS X 10.11.2 was made available to the public. That release was a minor one, bringing with it a host of bug fixes as well as performance improvements for all manner of things including WiFi and AirDrop.
Apple has today taken the development of OS X El Capitan to the next stage by releasing a fifth beta seed of 10.11.2 El Capitan to both with registered developer accounts and public beta testers. The availability of this particular seed represents yet more progress as the Cupertino-based company looks to find itself in a position where the latest version of the platform is deemed ready to be officially issued to the public.
Apple has today continued the development of its OS X platform with another beta release intended for testing purposes. This latest OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 beta 4 seed comes just one short week after the third beta release of OS X El Capitan 10.11.2, and becomes immediately available to registered developers, as well as those individuals who have registered themselves as public beta testers for OS X in the hope of helping Apple forge a roadmap that will ultimately result in the availability of the final version of 10.11.2 via the Mac App Store.
