Sn0wbreeze 2.5 is now available for Windows users to fully jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 untethered running on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad (1st-gen) and iPod touch. Just like the new PwnageTool 4.3 for Mac, Sn0wbreeze 2.5 for Windows also uses the same new untether exploit to jailbreak all devices (except for iPad 2 ) on the latest iOS 4.3.1 firmware, and at the same time will help retain the old baseband for iPhone 4 and 3GS users so that they can be unlocked using Ultrasn0w.
The FireCore team has released an updated version of Seas0nPass jailbreak tool which can jailbreak Apple TV 2G untethered on iOS 4.2.1. This new version incorporates the latest kernel based exploit from GreenPois0n to untether jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1.

In a recent feud with iH8Sn0w over Sn0wbreeze, Both MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev Team and iH8Sn0w confirmed that a well known and respected developer and hacker in jailbreak community, chpwn is working on a PwnageTool port for Windows, and that the release is imminent!
PwnageTool 4.1 has been released. You can use it to cook custom firmware files without the upgraded (2.10.4 / 05.14.02) baseband for iPhone 4, 3GS and iPhone 3G running on iOS 4.1 so that you can unlock it using the existing version of Ultrasn0w. This version of PwnageTool also supports hacktivation.
The iPhone Dev Team has finally released PwnageTool 4.1 which is based on recently released Geohot’s bootrom-based Limera1n exploit. This exploit enables this new version of PwnageTool to build custom firmware files for A4 devices like iPhone 4, iPad, Apple TV 2G and iPod touch 4G which was something, previously not possible.
