We've been hearing a great deal over the past few months about Apple's supposed plans to bring forth a budget "iPhone 5C" and more recently, various leaks and sightings have put a face to the name. Today, even more, higher-resolution images of the device's shell have emerged, as well as something of an insight into just how "budget" the low-cost iPhone may eventually be when it hits the market.
As we approach October - the probable release of the next generation iPhone 5S and the rumored budget iPhone - the rumor mill and leaks are piling up even further, and in much larger amounts than ever before. Now, Macotakara has posted a leaked video that shows in much better detail the front and back panels of what could most likely be the new, rumored “budget” iPhone. Video just past the jump.
We've had more rumors than we care to count of late, all claiming that Apple will release a new, budget oriented iPhone later this year, possibly alongside the more expensive iPhone 5S. At this point it's almost a certainty that Apple will indeed bring two new model iPhones to market around September or October time, but the rumor-mill is still working on working out the details.
For years, analysts, commentators and general tech fans have discussed the idea of Apple bringing a budget iPhone to the fore, but only this year does it finally appear as though such a device has a real chance of making its long-awaited debut. Talk has been particularly rife over the past three or four weeks, with several leaks of the supposed front and rear panels having surfaced throughout the blogosphere, and taking into consideration the current rumor and speculation, T3 has come up with a particularly beautiful 3D render.
Not a day goes by right now where we don't receive a new concept video or image into our inboxes, and most of the time that concept revolves around the iPhone. Be it the rumored iPhone 5S, or the budget and so-called iPhone Lite, concept videos in particular are cropping up more and more often. Throw in those showing what people think next year's iPhone 6 may look like, and that's quite a few concept videos hitting our inbox on a weekly basis.
If you've ever held off buying an iPhone because it was just too darned expensive, then it's looking increasingly likely that you'll be good to go some time later this year. Rumors of a new, budget iPhone have been doing the rounds for a good while now, and even the most skeptical amongst us has to surely admit that a cheaper iPhone is more of an inevitability than a possibility at this point.

The so-called budget iPhone seemed like a ridiculous concept some time ago, a notion reserved for the dreamers or otherwise deluded. But as time has gone on, the prospect of Apple creating a smartphone aimed at the budget end of the market has become a very real possibility, with various leaks and reports suggesting that such a device is indeed a part of Apple's plans. Following the recent Techdy leak of the handset, which combined seemingly legitimate front and back ends to create a visual representation of the alleged device for the world to see, there have been one or two more leaks and concepts thrown up to add even more gasoline to the burning fire. Details after the break!
There has been much talk in the press of Apple's supposed preparation of a budget iPhone device, and today, it would appear as though Techdy has got his hands on the front and rear parts of the elusive low-cost handset. When placed together, they offer a very solid idea of the form the low-cost iPhone could take, and on first impression, we cannot help but feel that it looks incredibly similar to the Nokia Lumia 620.
