The recently released VLC app for iPhone, and the iPad version may soon be gone from the App Store, reports, TUAW. The developers behind the popular VLC Media Player claims that the iOS version of VLC available in the App Store is “violating GNU public license under which VLC is released by applying DRM to it”.
Apple has silently removed white iPhone 4 option from its online store website. This move has come following the confirmation by an Apple representative who claimed another delay for the elusive handset until spring 2011, and the rumors of it being cancelled altogether in favor of iPhone 5.

Microsoft today inaugurated their fourth Store in Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, California. This store is situated right next to Apple Store where there were long queues today of people who are hoping to get their hands on the newly launched iPhone 4.
