Folks at Pocket-lint are reporting some of the details of the tablet that has to be announced. According to them, the Tab's successor is a 10.1-inch Android 3.0 device with a Dual-Core chip. If the specs are true, Galaxy Tab II will be a Motorola Xoom competitive device which is the only Honeycomb tablet to ship. The unnamed tablet successor is said to be a smaller device than iPad with a slightly larger screen size which would give it an edge over other available tablets.

Folks at Engadget, however, doubt the presence of dual-core Qualcomm processor in the device since Samsung has also produced it's own dual-core chips (Orion / Exynos) and utilizing the one by competitor could mean undermining your own.
