Samsung has today announced multiple new devices and accessories including the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Fold6 foldable smartphones. The phones are the latest in the high-end lineups from Samsung while there are now new smartphones and earbuds, too.
Starting with the Galaxy Z Fold6, the phone comes with a 6.3-inch display on the outside while a 7.6-inch display is the one that folds and is hidden when the device is closed.
There’s a new hinge that is designed to be more durable than the one used on previous models while the headline specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage.
The S Pen is of course also supported while the cameras include a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera paired with a 12-megapixel ultrawide.
The Galaxy Z Flip6 is a flip phone that has a 3.4-inch display on the outside of the phone and a 6.7-inch foldable display.
The same cameras are used while AI features are present across both of the Galaxy Z devices this year as you might expect. The Galaxy Z Flip6 starts at $1,100 while the Galaxy Z Fold6 starts at a whopping $1,900.
Alongside the phones, Samsung also announced the Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro wireless earbuds while the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra are also new.
The former comes in 40mm and 44mm configurations while the latter is only available in the larger 47mm size. The new models support all the usual features including ECG functionality and fitness tracking, while sleep apnea detection is a new addition also thought to be coming to Apple Watches in the future.
In terms of pricing, the Galaxy Watch 7 starts at $300 while buyers of the Galaxy Watch Ultra will pay a starting price of $650.
Finally, we have the Galaxy Ring, a smart ring that can track sleep, activity, heart rates, and more. There are no subscription fees but the ring will start at $400.
