Those of you who thought that 4th-gen iPod touch is just the iPhone 4 without the ‘phone’ are in for a yet another disappointment. iFixit Teardown of iPod touch 4G has revealed that it only has 256MB of RAM like iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 3G, unlike the iPhone 4 which features 512MB of RAM. Teardown also reveals that the battery of the new iPod touch also pales in comparison to iPhone 4. iPod touch features 3.44 W/Hour battery while the iPhone 4 has 5.25 W/Hour.
iMovie is one of the most popular app available on the iTunes App Store. It was introduced with the launch of iPhone 4 back in June this year. With the release of iOS 4.1 and the 4th-gen iPod touch, Apple today has released version 1.1 of iMovie which brings quite a handful of new features!
The iPhone hacker (pod2g of Chronic Dev Team) who previously found the 24kpwn exploit has successfully managed to find another bootrom based exploit which can jailbreak all iOS based devices on the latest iOS 4.1 firmware. What this means is that the next jailbreak most probably is going to be based on bootrom exploit which unlike JailbreakMe will enable users to change boot and recovery mode logos among many other things.
Apple has just released the very final version for iOS 4.1 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G and iPod touches. If you want to keep your jailbreak and unlock, you better not update to this latest firmware now until and unless new jailbreak and unlock tools are available for download.

Well well.. it was only a few days ago when MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev-Team confirmed that Comex will try and jailbreak iOS 4.1 using another userland exploit, if not then we will have to wait for a low-level bootrom exploit which may take longer to release. And now, while replying to a Twitter user, Comex has confirmed that the next iOS 4.x jailbreak may not come from him.

Folks at XDA-Developers have managed to hack PlayStation 3 with Google Android phones. With this hack or let’s just refer it to as jailbreak, you’ll be able to create backups of your PS3 games. You’ll have to use Google to find other uses.
As it stands today, our smartphones do just about everything we would want from a computer. They browse the internetz, take stunning images, send/receive emails, show us high-def videos, give us turn-by-frickin-turn voice-guided visual directions, check today’s special sex position (cause there’s an app for that!) and tons more shit that, if I start recalling, would take an eternity or two or document.
