A new tweak which goes by the name of “Covert” is now available on Cydia which brings private browsing to Mobile Safari browser on iPhone and iPod touch. When active, this feature will mask your browsing trail from anyone who might later use your phone to check out browser’s history, cookies and other data.
AppSync has been updated so that it can be used with the new iOS 4.1 firmware. For those of you who don’t know, AppSync patches MobileInstallation file on iOS which is needed in order to install .ipa files manually without using iTunes.

If you haven't been living under a rock or something, you will know about the Google Voice app saga which probably led to increasing tensions between Apple and Google last year. Popular Google Voice clients for iPhone like GV Mobile, Voice Central and others were available earlier for a short period, but then they were soon removed by Apple from the App Store due to "duplicating features that the iPhone comes with (Dialer, SMS, etc)". Folders - that first came to iOS with version 4 - is a rather interesting way of handling apps on Springboard. Sure, other platforms (like Android, for instance) already had folders but once again, as with multitasking and copy-paste, Apple might have implemented the feature last but they also implemented it best.
