Apple has just released iOS 4.3 Beta for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and the second-gen Apple TV. This build is meant for developers only. Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can access these bits of by signing into Apple Developer Connection.
The same source who earlier provided us with screenshots of iOS 4.3 with “Personal Hotspot” feature for GSM iPhones has now dropped another screenshot, this time of About screen, which shows iOS 4.3 Build 8F5148b running on a GSM iPhone 4.

Earlier today, Verizon announced the much awaited arrival of iPhone 4 on their CDMA network. Feature wise, it is exactly the same iPhone 4 which was launched back in June on AT&T’s GSM network.
