The Apple Vision Pro has been on sale for a few weeks now, but only if you happen to be in the United States.
Those who want to buy the headset in another country are going to have to wait, but those in nine countries might not have to wait quite as long as some others. That’s if a new report is anything to go by.
That report by MacRumors says that 12 new languages will soon be added to the visionOS software according to code discovered by the website. The Apple Vision Pro keyboard currently only supports the English (US) language as well as the emoji keyboard and these 12 new languages appear to be the next ones to be added.
- Cantonese, Traditional
- Chinese, Simplified
- English (Australia)
- English (Canada)
- English (Japan)
- English (Singapore)
- English (UK)
- French (Canada)
- French (France)
- German (Germany)
- Japanese
- Korean
With that in mind, it now seems likely that Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and the UK. Hong Kong, and Taiwan will be the next nine countries to see the Apple Vision Pro launch.
There’s still no word on when that will happen, but reports have previously suggested that Apple intends to make the headset available in more countries ahead of the WWDC event in June. If that’s the case, we could see the headset launch in some or all of these new countries within the next couple of months.
