Apple Vision Pro owners will have a new immersive video to enjoy soon after it was announced that the company will premiere a video, shot in pairs, later this month. The video, dubbed Parkour, will run for 12 minutes.
Apple says that the video will be available on Friday, May 24 and that the video will launch as the second episode of Apple’s adventure series. The video itself, as the name suggests, will see Apple Vision Pro owners taken on a parkour tour of Paris, France.
Join the world’s leading parkour athletes on a gravity-defying trek across the streets and rooftops of Paris.
This launch comes as Apple is thought to be planning its international Apple Vision Pro launch for after the WWDC event that will kick off on June 10. The headset remains only available for those in the United States and with a starting price of $3,499 it’s also a headset that is only available to an even more limited number of people.
The global launch hasn’t yet been confirmed by Apple beyond a vague notion that it will happen in 2024.
However, recent reports have suggested that the rollout will begin as soon as next month although it is as yet unknown whether Apple will use the WWDC opening keynote to announce the move.
That event is already set to be a packed one with Apple set to announce the iOS 18 and other software updates ahead of an expected fall launch.
