‘Last Time’ For iOS Lets You Keep Track Of All Your Important Life Events

Last Time

Last Time is perhaps the best event-tracking app I have ever had the pleasure of using, and its main strength - aside from its good looks - is its ease of use. When marking events, nobody wants to be spending too long filling in information and navigating around various menus. Recognizing this, the developer has made everything nice and simple: to add an event, press the "+" button, fill in the details of the event, select an apt icon (shopping basket for a specific shopping trip, knife and fork for a restaurant, and so on), and that's all there is to it.

Whenever you wish to check back on when you last visited Starbucks, the date you went to see Batman on or the last time you visited the gym, you can do so easily by checking back through the UI of Last Time. You can browse via category (just restaurants, just movies, just coffee shops, etc.), and because you can add a cover photo for each event you make, the app doubles up as a kind of scrapbook / memory keeper.

In essence, it shares many similar traits with Path, but is designed only for yourself as opposed to being a social app. It costs $1.99 from the App Store, and if you're the kind of person that likes to keep visual and worded notes of key events in your life, Last Time is your ideal option.

We’re becoming increasingly reliant on our mobile devices to run many of our daily errands; so much so, in fact, that it can often be difficult to keep track of everything we’ve done. There are plenty of event-tracking apps available right now over at the App Store, but none do them quite like Last Time, a handy utility app for the iPhone.

When you run Last Time for, well, the first time, you’re met with a beautiful white, minimalistic interface. I know I am not alone in my avocation of minimalism and clean interfaces, so as soon as I opened this app up, I felt as though I was in for a treat.
