Juno 2.0 Apple Vision Pro YouTube App Gets A Massive Update

The Apple Vision Pro doesn’t currently have an official YouTube app but there are third-party options out there for spatial computing fans to try. Juno has long been the best option for most people and a new version 2.0 update is now available for download.

The new update is available as a free update for those who already own the app, while those who are downloading afresh will need to pay $4.99 to get their hands on it.

The update adds support for immersive 180- and 360-degree immersive YouTube videos, including support for 6K output.

Adds immersive 360° and 180° YouTube video, to fully immerse yourself in captivating videos. Juno even takes this feature a step further by using Apple’s new Metal FX upscaling tools to upscale the content from 4K to 6K for an even more realistic environment.

The new app update also adds better Siri integration as well as a redesigned user interface that makes the app look and feel as if it is more visionOS-like. The Juno 2.0 release notes suggest that new blur effects and voice-based search support are included, while the interface has been made faster, too.

There are other improvements here for users to look forward to and we would suggest that everyone who already has the app installed should update as soon as possible. If you’re still looking for a new YouTube app on the Apple Vision Pro, now is the time to take Juno for a spin.
