Is This The New Gold Titanium iPhone 16 Pro Color?

Apple has announced that it will hold an event on September 9 with the company roundly expected to announce the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro devices.

Rumors about those devices have been circling for years, and now the latest centers around the gold finish that Apple’s best iPhones are expected to offer.

A gold iPhone 16 Pro has been rumored for some time now, but quite what that gold will look like is a matter for debate.

Now, 9to5Mac has shared a mockup of what it believes the gold titanium finish will look like based on an unnamed source.

The same source correctly identified the natural gray titanium color of the iPhone 15 Pro prior to it being announced last year. For that reason, we can expect this gold appearance to likely be accurate.

The gold shown in the image is akin to some of the recent Beats products produced in collaboration with Kim Kardashian, although there is no suggestion that the celebrity’s name will be involved in the iPhone 16 Pro launch.

Alongside the new iPhones Apple is also expected to announce the Apple Watch X and a refreshed Apple Watch Ultra 2 model, while new Macs are also expected to be announced before the end of the year. Preorder and availability dates for the new iPhones will be confirmed during that September 9 event, too.
