With Apple having now confirmed that it will hold an event on September 12, we can likely expect that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series’ of devices will finally be unveiled.
With that, we might also find out what the latter’s box will look like as well.
Expectations are high for the new iPhones and while the box might not be the most important part of the unveiling, it’s still of interest to those who like to keep and then display them. Now, a new render of what could be the new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max case has appeared online.
The render, posted to social network X, is based on a report by the leaker ShrimpApplePro which claimed that the new iPhones would have a wallpaper with an S shape against a black background.
That shape and background have been added to the familiar iPhone box that we’re used to, and it could be what iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro buyers pick up come September 22.
That September 22 release date is the one we’re expecting Apple to confirm when it announces the new iPhones during that September 12 live-streamed event.
If we’re right, the iPhones will also then be placed up for preorder on September 15, likely alongside the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2. The new watches will then presumably also go on sale on September 22.
