After announcing them during an event on September 12, Apple has now made the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max available for preorder. Sales officially begin next week on Friday, September 22.
All four new iPhones are now available for preorder via the Apple website and the Apple Store apps, with preorders offered in more than 40 countries around the world.
The iPhone Upgrade Program is available to those who want to spread the cost, while trade-in options are also offered for those who want to take that route to save some money on their new iPhone. Carrier deals are also available depending on your country and carrier of choice.
The iPhone 15 starts at $799 while the iPhone 15 Plus starts at $899. Both models come with 128GB of storage. The iPhone 15 Pro starts at $999 for the same 128GB of storage while the iPhone 15 Pro Max starts at $1199 but with 256GB of storage.
All of the new iPhones feature USB-C ports for the first time, with the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max benefiting from upgraded USB 3 data transfer speeds. Those models also have a new A17 Pro chip inside, while the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus both have the A16 Bionic from last year’s iPhone 14 Pro.
People who got their preorders in quickly should receive their new iPhones on September 22, but some people reported difficulties getting the website and Apple Store apps to load due to demand.
