We like to keep you guys updated with the latest and most useful deals, and we’re back once again with another handful of apps for your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. By now, you’ll be more than aware of how the routine works, so join us after the break for the details, descriptions and direct download links.
Family Locator GPS Tracker ($3.99 – FREE / iPhone)
Technology permits us to keep close by our loved ones even when we’re far away from them, and Family Locator is a family tracker that lets you do exactly that. It’s ideal for parents worried about their kids, and although it usually costs $3.99, is currently free of charge.

Flick Kick Football ($1.99 – FREE / iPhone and iPad)
If you’re a football / soccer fan, then this game is for you. Enjoyable to the point of addiction, it tasks you with the role of free-kick taker, challenging you to swerve a ball into the goal using swipe gestures. The presence of the keeper, and the wall – as well as the numerous angles – make this a very tough one to master, and if you can beat my score of 145, then you’ve arrived!

Localscope ($2.99 – FREE / iPhone)
Like AroundMe, this app will trawl your geographic location for a range of points of interest, and is an ideal one to have in the locker.

Cinamatic ($0.99 – FREE / iPhone and iPad)
This app provides a neat set of tools enabling you to create some pretty neat short films, so if you’re looking to get creative and step into the shoes of director, then be sure to give it a look.

How to Tie Knots 3D ($0.99 – FREE / iPhone and iPad)
With 3D demonstrations, this app helps you learn the ropes (sorry!) in tying knots, and if you didn’t happen to attend the scouts, then you’ll want to check this one out.

Battle Fleet ($3.99 – FREE / iPad)
This battleship war game for iPad is one for the hardcore strategists, and is both challenging and enjoyable in equal measure.
