Here’s iOS 17 beta compatibility for compatible iPhone models that you need to know about.
Now that Apple has finally taken the wraps off of iOS 17 we know what new features will be available when they ship later this year. But which iPhones will be supported and will you need to upgrade in order to get your hands on the new hotness?
That all depends, of course. Many of the iPhones that were supported by iOS 16 are good to go with the new updates, but that doesn’t mean that they all are. Unfortunately, Apple has chosen to remove support for some specific devices which means that some will now be left running iOS 16 forever.
If you own an iPhone model that falls into that category, we’d suggest considering an upgrade before September.
That being said, here are the iPhone models that will be supported when iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 drop later this year.
