Apple’s new iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models are all now here and they both come with new braided USB-C to USB-C charging cables. And now you can buy another one to charge all of your other things, too. What’s more, it’s cheaper than it would normally be, too.
This cable would normally sell for around $19, but if you order now you’ll save 11% and pay just $17. That’s a reasonable saving without being a huge one, but we’ll take any discount on Apple cables given how often you have to pay full price. This particular cable comes in white and is one meter in length, while the braided nature makes it look and feel nice while also making it less likely to fray.
In terms of use, this cable is rated for 60W which means that it will charge just about anything, including the iPhones, iPads, and most portable Macs. You can use this cable to charge your new USB-C AirPods Pro 2, and it’ll work with future Apple products that switch to USB-C as well.
As for data, this cable is still limited to USB 2 rates so keep that in mind – you’re going to want a different cable if you want to get fast data transfer speeds from the iPhone 15 Pro, for example.
