Everyone likes free stuff, especially when it’s free stuff that would have cost a little bit of money not too long ago. While we’re all for app developers being paid for what they do, there is always something to be said for a short price drop promotion in order to drum up interest. Making your app free is even better because in many ways it’s a win-win situation.
We usually get to tell you about iOS apps that have gone free for a while, but today we have five Android apps that are currently available to download for nothing and, if we’re honest, you should probably do just that before they return to their normal prices.
So, without any more set up, let’s get started.
Material Task Killer ($1.99 – FREE)
If you like to manage the way Android kills tasks or simply want to take control for yourself, Material Task Killer is an app that does all of that while looking lovely in a coat of Material Design.
Ellipse Music Player ($1.99 – FREE)
Still technically in beta, Ellipse Music Player is colorful yet simple, while offering the features you need without cluttering things with the ones you don’t.
Gif Me! Camera ($1.99 – FREE)
Take photos or videos and turn them into an animated GIF. That’s about the long and short of it, and it’s awesome.
AppInstaller ($1.99 – FREE)
This app allows you to install applications, or APKs from your external storage such as an SD card.
Chords Player ($0.99 – FREE)
Create beautiful music on your Android device with different tempos and rythms. We’re not very musical, but if we were we know we’d love this.
If you think you might make use of any of these apps then now is the time to download them, before they end up back at their usual price. We’re sure there’s something here for everyone, so get on it folks before it’s too late!
All of the above mentioned apps are available to download directly from the Google Play Store.
Note: These apps are available for free for a limited time only. Download them as soon as possible since such deals don’t ordinarily last for more than 24 hours after posting.
