Updated Evasi0n 7.x untether package has just gone live on Cydia. The new version 0.2 of the package in Cydia brings all the changes that were part of standalone Evasi0n7 1.0.1 which was released as a tool for Windows and Mac a few days ago.
This new version of untethered jailbreak removes TaiG App Store and adds additional important features required for future updates to core components of Cydia such as the upcoming MobileSubstrate release.
From the official changelog on Cydia:
Version 0.2 of this package is what came with evasi0n7 1.0.1; it removes the TaiG splash screen and adds some features that saurik will be relying on in future updates to other packages. Users who jailbreak with evasi0n7 1.0.1 already have version 0.2 of this package installed.
If you jailbroke your device using original Evasi0n7 1.0 release, now is the time to head over to Cydia –> Changes tab and update “evasi0n 7.x Untether” package.
Those of you who have jailbroken your iOS 7 device using the latest Evasi0n7 1.0.1 release will already have this updated package installed.
