If you’re a Tesla Cybertruck owner who also happens to play a lot of Fortnite, you’re in luck — the electric truck is coming to the battle royale game.
While we can’t imagine that there are too many Cybertruck owners who spend their hours playing Fortnite outside of YouTube creators, Tesla and Epic Games are bringing the EV to Fortnite starting tomorrow, July 23.
That’s about as much as we know with little information shared beyond a post on the Fortnite X account that suggested gamers “catch a tried with the Tesla Cybertruck in Fortnite.”
The post includes a short promo video that shows a Cybertruck outmuscling other vehicles in a tug-of-war.
It remains to be seen how popular the Cybertruck will be within the Fortnite world, but given the truck is supposedly bulletproof in real life it will be fun to see it getting shot up during a match. We have to imagine that being able to destroy a Cybertruck will be enough to get people excited, even if it is only going to happen in a game.
Those who already have Fortnite on their platform of choice will of course be able to enjoy their new Cybertruck fun starting tomorrow. For everyone else, you still have plenty of time to download the game anew and get yourself set for what could be some good Cybertruck fun.
