Download: watchOS 11, tvOS 18, HomePod OS 18 Final Version Released

Apple has today released for download watchOS 11, tvOS 18, HomePod OS 18 final version following months of testing. Here’s everything you need to know.

Apple announced the watchOS 11, tvOS 18, HomePod OS 18 software updates during the June WWDC event alongside the iOS 18 and other releases, but they are only now being rolled out to the public.

Beta versions of the software had been available to registered developers to allow them to make sure their apps work and to report any bugs to Apple. However, this is the first time that these updates have rolled out to Apple Watch, Apple TV, and HomePod owners globally.

watchOS 11

The watchOS 11 software update brings with it the ability to pause your Activity Rings for the first time, while a new Vitals app will also play host to additional health metrics. Other additions include tweaks to the Photos watch face, cycle tracking, and more. The new software update can be installed via the Watch app on the iPhone.

tvOS 18

The tvOS 18 software update can be installed via the Settings app on the Apple TV and adds the new InSight feature. This feature provides information about actors and more within the Apple TV app. Improvements have also been made to the Enhanced Dialog feature, too.

HomePod OS 18

The HomePod software updates are always opaque with few details shared about what’s new, and this new release is no different. The update can be installed via the Home app, but don’t expect any big new features like Apple Intelligence, unfortunately.
