macOS Mojave may only be available in the first instance for those registered on Apple Developer Program but that doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t enjoy a small snippet of the experience right now. With immediate effect, you can download and save the Mojave-themed wallpapers which will ship with Apple’s latest macOS update.
With macOS Mojave, Apple will furnish the graphics and visual-loving world with three new wallpapers, all of which appear to have been purposefully designed for this macOS release.
The new wallpapers comprise Mojave Day and Mojave Night creations, with a third special dynamic version of the Mojave Night creation, making three new wallpapers in total for download and inspection. The static versions of the new wallpapers will look amazing on your Mac when it’s running Mojave and have been designed for perfect use in normal and Dark mode. However, the dynamic version is where the beauty is really at.
When macOS 10.14 is released later this year for Mojave ompatible Macs, the new dynamic wallpaper will change dynamically based on the time of day detected by the machine to give a glorious and unique experience. Of course, this will require a Mac running Mojave, so that currently isn’t possible to experience this unless you download the pre-release seed of the platform and get access to everything that it includes, which, of course, includes these three wallpapers.
That download isn’t available for everyone, which means that downloading the wallpapers is potentially the only option to experience the beauty of what Apple’s designers have put together for the desktop of Macs running macOS Mojave. Downloading them will get you instant access to the wallpapers and the ability to install them on your current Mac running High Sierra, or on any device that you see fit, for that matter. It’ll also raise excitement levels for Mojave launching later this year.
When macOS Mojave does launch, Mac owners are going to get a system with a stunning new Dark Mode, a native News application, and a platform which will come complete with a new Stocks app. Mojave will also feature a new Stacks option to keep files clustered together and more power when it comes to FaceTime and capturing screenshots.
