Apple has made iPadOS 16.3.1, watchOS 9.3.1, and macOS 13.2.1 available for download. All of the updates are now ready to be installed on compatible devices and we suggest that you do so as soon as possible.
These updates come on the same day that Apple also released iOS 16.3.1 with fixes for Siri, iCloud, and Crash Detection.
macOS 13.2.1
The macOS 13.2.1 update is now available via the System Preferences app on macOS Ventura and the System Settings app on older releases. This isn’t a huge one in terms of new features, however, with Apple instead saying that bug fixes and security updates are the order of the day.
iPadOS 16.3.1
Those with compatible iPads can download this new update via the Settings app and while there are no new features to look forward to, this update is well worth downloading to ensure that you’re using all of the latest bug fixes and security updates. As ever, we’d suggest that you install the update as soon as possible.
watchOS 9.3.1
Installing watchOS updates might be a pain, but they’re well worth doing. In this instance watchOS 9.3.1 isn’t going to make a huge difference to the way you use your watch, but we’d still suggest updating. The release is one of bug fixes and security updates, and you can download it using the Watch app on your iPhone.
tvOS 16.3.2
As with most intermittent updates that have followed tvOS 16.3, this one includes the usual “general performance and stability improvements”. If you were looking for new feature additions, that’s gonna be a while.
HomePod 16.3.2
No real feature additions or changes with this update, as Apple tells us it’s aimed at fixing a few bugs. Mainly as per the release notes; “This update addresses an issue where asking Siri for smart home requests may fail, and also includes general performance and stability improvements.”
