Apple has now released for download iPadOS 16.4 IPSW links and OTA profile file to the public after weeks of beta testing with developers and those who are on the public beta program.
You can of course download the update via the Settings app on your iPad if you prefer.
But some people like to install these updates manually via iTunes or the Finder app and now is your chance to get the files that you need to do that.
Like the iOS 16.4 release, iPadOS 16.4 has a number of new emojis as well as support for notifications for web apps that are installed to the Home screen.
There are also fixes for issues relating to the Home app, while the Photos app can now detect duplicate photos and videos in iCloud Shared Photo Libraries.
