You can now download iOS 17.2.1 IPSW links and OTA update along with iPadOS 17.2.1. Here are the details on the release for iPhone and iPad users.
After releasing iOS 17.2 and iPadOS 17.2 final version only a few days, the company today deemed it necessary to release iOS 17.2.1 and iPadOS 17.2.1, mainly as a bug fix release.
According to the official changelog, “this update provides important bug fixes and is recommended for all users.”
As for the OG iOS 17.2 release, that update brought major features like the Journal app, new action for iPhone 15 Pro Action Button, Spatial video recording, Qi2 support and much more to both iPhone and iPad users.
To update to iOS 17.2.1 or iPadOS 17.2.1, head over to Settings > General > Software Update section of your device and grab the OTA update from there.
