You can now download iOS 16.3 IPSW links and OTA profile file update for iPhone. Here are the details.
Apple’s iOS 16.3 is now available for download via both OTA and IPSW links on your iPhone, and we have all the details.
Apple’s iOS 16.3 update comes after a relatively short beta program that began in December of last year but don’t let that worry you.
The update isn’t a huge one that adds multiple new features, so the chance for anything to go wrong was always relatively small.
In terms of what’s new this time around, it’s largely about fixing bugs and improving features. One addition is support for hardware security keys to help keep Apple IDs more secure, while there is added support for the new 2nd-gen HomePod as well.
In terms of fixes, there’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max fix that deals with a strange display bug, while Freeform and the iPhone’s Lock Screen also get fixes.
As always we’d suggest that you download the update as soon as possible, whether that’s via the OTA mechanism in the Settings app or by installing it manually via an IPSW file. If you choose the latter route, here are all the links you’re going to need.
Happy updating!
