You can now download iOS 16.3 beta 2 OTA profile file and IPSW links for iPhone. Here are the details.
Apple has today released the second beta of iOS 16.3 developers, with the update now available for download on devices with the correct developer profile installed.
The new update will likely be made available to those who are on the public beta program within the next day or two, assuming no showstopping issues crop up with eh update once developers begin to put it through its paces.
Those who already have the first beta installed and want to update to the second developer beta can now download it by heading to the Settings app and using the Software Update mechanism as usual.
The first iOS 16.3 beta was released more than a month ago, before Christmas and the new year. While it’s too early to tell what the new beta has in store, we aren’t expecting any huge changes this time around.
The first beta added support for physical security keys that can be used to secure Apple IDs, while HomePod owners were treated to a new tutorial that outlined how they could use the Handoff feature.
We don’t currently know how long the iOS 16.3 beta program will run, but it’s likely the update will be made available to the public next month.
Alongside iOS 16.3 Apple also released the second beta of iPadOS 16.3, watchOS 9.3, tvOS 16.3, and macOS 13.2. to developers.
