This release is yet another example of Cupertino-based Apple. Inc. putting tons of internal engineering and product owner effort into ensuring that iOS 13/iPadOS 13 is as stable and reliable as it can be.

Granted, the company still has a way to go, but this release of iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 is a monumental achievement given that it brings stability and new features to all compatible devices.
