You can now download Final Cut Pro for iPad and Logic Pro for iPad after Apple released both of the much anticipated apps for iPad. Here are the details.
Originally announced couple of weeks ago, both Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro have been popular apps on the Mac for decades but professional users have been wanting Apple to bring them on iPad since ages.
Apple in a surprise move announced earlier this month that it’s finally bringing both of the aforementioned apps to the iPad, and today is the day when they both go live for download on the App Store.
From the App Store description of Final Cut Pro for iPad, Apple describes it as follows:
Final Cut Pro reimagines video editing for iPad with an all-new touch interface so you can record, edit, finish, and share your content – all from one portable, powerful device. Get closer to your footage than ever with Multi-Touch to trim and move clips, navigate the Magnetic Timeline, and adjust your video with just a tap of your finger.
And Logic Pro for iPad as follows:
Logic Pro for iPad is a professional music creation app that puts the power of Logic at your fingertips. Logic Pro features a complete collection of sophisticated creative tools for professional songwriting, beat making, editing, and mixing — all with an interface that’s been designed from the ground up for iPad.
As for pricing, both the apps are subscription based with in-app pricing for Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro costing $4.99/month or $49.99/year for each of the apps.
