Step 1: First of all, you are going to need to create a new user account on the PSN (PlayStation Network) by selecting the New to PlayStation Network? Create an Account option on the console itself. As part of the sign-up process, make sure that you select Singapore as the country you are in. Enter the rest of the information including a date of birth and select Next.

Step 2: You are now going to need to enter a Singapore postcode. Enter 521110, or any other genuine Singapore postcode of your choosing. Enter a city, which can be anything you want and then hit Next.

Step 3: You will now need to enter an email address and password and then make sure you tick or untick the relevant boxes depending on your preferences and then hit Next again.

Step 4: It may seem like the longest sign-up process in the world but you will now need to enter a username and your real name before hitting Next and then Confirm on the next few screens.

Step 5: You’ll need to verify the email address and in your inbox and then proceed through the final steps until you are let into the account on the PS4. Once you’ve skipped past all of the Do This Later options, head on to your computer.

Step 6: On your PC or Mac, open this url here. You’ll need to sign in on the website with the PlayStation Network account that you have just created. Once signed in, select the Try Free Demo on the left-hand side and then select Confirm Purchase.

Step 7: Select the Download to PS4 option. Head back to the PlayStation 4 and you will notice that the beta is on the device itself. It will download in the usual manner until it’s ready to actually use.
