At CES 2025, Belkin has announced a new MagSafe accessory for iPhone. Called the PowerGrip, it magnetically attaches on the back of iPhone and brings two functionality to the iPhone.
The first functionality is that the accessory acts like a MagSafe power bank for your iPhone and second being ability to add grip for taking phones with iPhone like a traditional DSLR-like camera.
Belkin’s PowerGrip has a retractable USB-C cable as well, a 10,000mAh built-in battery, and 7.5-watt wireless charging for iPhone. It also features a small LED screen on the front that will show how much battery is left. It will come in five colors, including powder blue, sandbox, fresh yellow, black, and pepper.
From Belkin’s press release:
The PowerGrip combines the functionality of a high-capacity power bank with the practicality of an ergonomic phone grip, redefining how consumers stay powered on the go. Designed for creators, travelers and multitaskers, the PowerGrip features a 10,000 mAh battery capacity, 7.5W magnetic wireless charging, USB-C output ports, a retractable USB-C charging cable and LED screen to show battery percentage. It will be offered in various colors – powder blue, sandbox, fresh yellow, pepper and lavender – to best match the user’s creative aesthetic.
Belkin says it will be available some time in May this year, with pricing being announced at a later stage.
