Beats and Kim Kardashian have announced a new collab that will see three new colors of Beats Fit Pro earbuds be offered to those who want them.
The three colors will all be made available on August 16 and will be offered online. Those wanting to buy via Apple Stores or authorized resellers will need to wait an extra day to get their new earbuds, however.
The three new colors are called Moon, Dune, and Earth and are essentially all various versions of beige.
“I wanted to break away from the idea that headphones have to be colorful to make a statement,” said Kim Kardashian. “This collaboration is special because it allows you to blend in or stand out, and Beats is known for creating products that showcase individuality.”
Beats Fit Pro feature Active Noise Cancellation with Transparency mode thanks to an included Apple H1 chip and are similar to AirPods Pro, except they come in a ton more color options. That’s definitely the case now that three more have been added to the roster.
Apple’s Eddy Cue says that the company is “excited” to sell the new earbuds in the “gorgeous new color palette.” Presumably he hadn’t seen them.
“Kim brought her signature minimalist style to the first-ever Beats Fit Pro custom headphones,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Services. “We’re excited to offer Beats’ most innovative headphones in a whole new, gorgeous color palette to music fans and fashion lovers alike.”
All three colors will sell for the same $199.99 that the other colors are available for.
