We saw a video a few days back in which Geohot performed an untethered jailbreak for iPhone 3.1.3. This will most probably also work on the iPhone 3.2 firmware for iPad. In the meanwhile, another iPhone hacker by the name of comex released another video, which showed off untethered userland (browser based) jailbreak for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. This new userland jailbreak of iPhone 3.1.3 by comex has now been given a name – say hello to “Spirit”, an untethered userland jailbreak for iPhone.
Apple has upgraded the official App Store page on the most famous social networking site Facebook, which now enables users to directly browse, and purchase apps on it. This update has arrived just in time for the first batch of iPads, which are scheduled to be delivered by this weekend.
As we have already informed you earlier today that Apple has released the final version of iPhone 3.2 SDK, including iPhone OS 3.2 (or iPad 3.2) for iPad to developers. This version of OS is compatible to work with iPad only. You can get your hands on the SDK now and start exploring the amazing things that you can do with it before the actual device, which ships on April 3rd.
It’s out now and it’s official, Mac OS X 10.6.3 was released today by Apple. It is a very crucial update and it implements hundreds of fixes since it’s last update, 10.6.2 (November 2009). You can get the update from Snow Leopard’s Software Update, or directly from the Software Downloads page here.
The official Facebook app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad currently doesn't support playing videos natively. Well as they say that there is an app for just about anything, and now so is the case for playing Facebook videos as well. Facebook Video Player is a handy application which allows you to play videos on Facebook which has been uploaded by you, or others in Facebook video format. It’s a very neat add-on which makes viewing videos a breeze, right from the comfort of your iPhone.

Remember those old days when you simply pointed your browser to a website and voila, you had an instant jailbroken iPhone? Those were old iPhone OS 1.x days. The same technique for jailbreaking may be possible again, unless and until Apple patches this exploit in the upcoming firmware.
HTC HD2 was a big success in the masses, majorly due to it’s multimedia features and it’s huge screen which provided the user with a rich multimedia experience, but unfortunately, it won’t get the Windows Phone 7 Series upgrade due to the strict hardware requirements of three buttons on the phone: Back, Windows and Search. The grail doesn’t end here, HTC’s CEO Peter Chou hinted on a phone which might probably be an HD3, and would hit the shelves in the end of this year – that’s exactly an year after HD2 shipped.
