Apple To Announce M4 Macs Starting Monday

Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Greg Joswiak, has just posted a teaser about Apple announcing new Macs starting next Monday.

In a post published on X.com, Greg said “Mac (😉) your calendars! We have an exciting week of announcements ahead, starting on Monday morning. Stay tuned…”.

This announcement from Greg not only confirms new incoming Macs, but also confirms that Apple won’t be holding any dedicated media event at its campus or online. Instead, the company will announce them in the form of press releases starting Monday.

If rumors are to be believed, Apple will announce new M4-based MacBook Pros as well as a completely redesigned Mac mini. Also expected is a M4-based iMac to be unveiled as part of these announcements next week.

It’s to be noted that Monday, October 28, is also the day when Apple will release final version of iOS 18.1, macOS 15.1, iPadOS 18.1, tvOS 18.1, watchOS 11.1, visionOS 2.1 to public. These aforementioned software updates will bring first wave of Apple Intelligence features to public for the first time.

We will of course be covering all of Apple announcements in detail next week. Stay tuned for more on this space.
