The holiday shopping season is coming, and Apple is doing its part to ensure that consumers know exactly where the money-saving deals are to be found.
As part of a collaboration with retailers, and in order to promote its own recently-released ‘Apple Pay on the web’ feature, the company has just published a new web site that shares a number of exclusive holiday offers that look to instantly save consumers money by using retailers that subscribe to the Apple Pay platform.
Apple is promoting the page, and its contents, as hosting “exclusive holiday offers with Apple Pay on the web”, outlining that consumers can experience “the fast and secure way to shop online with Apple Pay.” Of course, as we know, with Apple Pay, which is now on the web via Safari on macOS Sierra, shoppers can checkout in seconds for any goods they wish to purchase, and now, with this site, those same consumers can also “receive exclusive benefits such as a free shipping, discounts, and rewards.”
Companies like Adidas and 1-800-Flowers.com are giving consumers the option of free one or two-day shipping when purchasing and transacting with Apple Pay on the web.
There’s also a wide-ranging deal for eCommerce retailers built on the Shopify platform, with shoppers able to instantly explore unique gifts and deals from those companies. The New York Times is offering a 50-percent reduction on a one-year subscription, and companies like Jet, and JackThreads are giving an instant discount on clothes and other items.
If none of the listed offers are instantly appealing, then it is always worthwhile saving the page and checking back as often as possible. As part of the new site, Apple has promised that more offers will be added from a number of great merchants and banks, including the likes of Bank of America, Chase, PoshMark, Abercrombie & Fitch, The Washington Post, Warby Parker, and even Under Armour.
The new Apple Pay Holiday website is live right now at apple.com/apple-pay/holiday/, with direct links to a number of great offers and reductions across a number of retailers.
