Apple has today opened its first New Delhi Apple Store to customers. The retail location, called Apple Saket, now gives locals a new way to access Apple devices, support, and training.
The store is located “in the heart of India’s thriving capital,” Apple says, adding that it “serves as a welcoming space where customers can shop Apple’s full lineup of products and services, receive exceptional support from team members, and learn how to get the most out of their devices by participating in free Today at Apple sessions.”
Those sessions are presented in a roundtable format, something that Apple believes offers “an even more personalized experience.”
Those sessions are designed to be helpful to a wide range of Apple device owners whether they’re new to the platform or long-time owners looking to make the most of their hardware.
Apple Saket welcomes customers through a uniquely designed curved storefront with white oak tables displaying Apple’s products and accessories, as well as a feature wall manufactured in India. The store features a dedicated Apple Pickup station which makes it easier for customers to order online and collect their devices in-store at a convenient time. Like all Apple facilities, Apple Saket and Apple’s operations in India run on 100 percent renewable energy and are carbon neutral.
This is the second Apple Store to open in India in a matter of days, with Apple BKC also opening in Mumbai earlier in the week.
