Apple Confirms Its WWDC21 Schedule Ahead Of June 7’s Keynote

Apple’s WWDC21 event will kick off on June 7 when the keynote will be streamed online and now the company has confirmed the schedule for what will be its second all-online event.

Things will kick off at 10am PDT on June 7 with Apple streaming the keynote that will likely see iOS 15, iPadOS 15, and more debut. That’s the main event for those of us who aren’t developers and it’s one that all of the attention will be on.

Apple Keynote: June 7, 10 a.m. PDT

WWDC21 kicks off with the unveiling of exciting new updates coming to all Apple platforms later this year. Streamed directly from Apple Park, the keynote address will be available via apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and YouTube, with on-demand playback available after the conclusion of the stream.

Following the opening keynote Apple’s attention will turn to developers themselves, with the Platforms State of the Union building on whatever was announced earlier in the day. It’s a developer-only affair and can often lead to some interesting information being made available. It’s definitely one to pay attention to if you can.

Platforms State of the Union: June 7, 2 p.m. PDT

Take a deeper dive into the new tools, technologies, and advances across Apple platforms that will help Apple developers create even better apps. Platforms State of the Union will stream via the Apple Developer app and the Apple Developer website.

After that, it’s all developers, all the time with Apple making more than 1,000 engineers available to answer questions based on the updates that were announced. Developers will be able to grill engineers on all kinds of things, with sessions running for the next few days.
