Apple Arcade continues to pick up some great games and with Apple’s rules ensuring there are no ads or in-game purchases, what you see is what you get. The latest of those apps to land comes in the form of Necrobarista, a game whose tagline is “death, coffee, and feelings”.
That seems pretty 2020 to us.
For Maddy Xiao—barista, amateur necromancer, and new owner of the Terminal—things couldn’t be better, as long as you’re not reminding her of the fact that she’s got an enforcer from the notoriously uncompromising Council of Death breathing down her neck.
The game is available for free to those who are already Apple Arcade subscribers. The service costs $4.99 per month with a free trial available for those who have yet to take it for a spin. The catalog of available games continues to grow and this latest addition looks like it could be something of a sleeper hit.
The game is also going to be available on PC later this month with a PS4 and Switch release also said to be in the works for next year. Those with iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs can play the game now – let us know how you find it in the comments!
