Just as had been foretold following the XML leak discovered on Apple’s website ahead of its September 12 event, Apple has now updated its iPhone case lineup to reflect the new iPhones that were announced, and there are also a whole host of new Apple Watch bands to choose from, too.
Kicking things off with the iPhone cases, there are new colors available in both silicone and leather depending on which iPhone you will be buying, and as was the case with iPhone X cases, some of these are gorgeous to look at. Apple’s silicone cases for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max are available in Nectarine, Lavender Gray, Blue Horizon, Stone, Pink Sand, Midnight Blue, White, Black, and (PRODUCT)Red. Those who would prefer a leather case can choose from Peony Pink, Cape Code Blue, Forest Green, Taupe, Midnight Blue, Saddle Brown, Black, and (PRODUCT)Red. Silicone cases for the new iPhones cost $39 while the leather options rise to $49 apiece.
If you were a fan of the iPhone X’s Leather Folio case, then you’ll be pleased to learn that there is an updated version with new colors available now, too. Support for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max is added with color options available including Peony Pink, Cape Code Blue, Forest Green, Black, (PRODUCT)Red. The iPhone XS model costs $99 while the larger iPhone XS Max model costs $129.
None of the cases are available to buy just yet but expect that to change when the new iPhones go up for pre-order this coming Friday.
Moving on to the Apple Watch Series 4 bands, Apple has updated its store with a number of new colors to choose from. The new collection includes bands for the newly announced 40mm and 44mm watches as well as all of its previous Apple Watch lineup. The new colors available in Sport Brand flavor include Nectarine, Blue Horizon, and Lavender Gray while those buying a Sport Loop can now also pick up a band in Cape Cod Blue, Indigo, Hibiscus, Storm Gray, and Nectarine.
Anyone wanting something in leather can also pick up a Leather Loop in Forest Green and Cape Cod Blue, and Peony Pink, or the Modern Buckle in Peony Pink, Forest Green, Cape Cod, and Ruby (PRODUCT)Red. Those really wanting to splash the cash can opt for a new gold Milanese Loop as one of the new Hermès Double Tour bands, which include Indigo/Craie/Orange Swift Leather as well as Bordeaux / Rose Extrême / Rose Azalée Swift Leather options.
Apple has also added new color variants to its Beats lineups, with the urBeats3 in-ear heaphones getting three new colorways – Yellow, Blue, and Coral – and Beats Solo 3 Wireless getting Satin Gold and Satin Silver options. The new urBeats3 colors hit the shelves at some point around Fall while the two new Solo 3 colors are up for grabs right now.
