iOS 18.3 Beta 2 Release Date: Here’s When To Expect

Looking for iOS 18.3 beta 2 release date? Here’s when you can expect it based on the info we have so far.

As you may already know by now, Apple released first beta of iOS 18.3 to developers last week on Monday, December 16. While this update didn’t bring anything new to the table, it’s expected to include third-wave of Apple Intelligence feature in later betas of the release cycle.

Since we are now in the annual Christmas and New Years holiday period, we don’t expect Apple to release any new beta build of iOS 18.3 during this holiday period. Apple will likely push iOS 18.3 beta 2, alongside beta 2 of iPadOS 18.3, macOS 15.3, tvOS 18.3, visionOS 2.3 and watchOS 11.3 on the first Monday after the holiday period, which will fall on January 6, 2025.

As mentioned earlier, iOS 18.3 beta 1 doesn’t include anything new as yet but it’s expected that Apple will add next set of Apple Intelligence features to it in later betas.

Apple initially promised Apple Intelligence features coming as part of iOS 18.0 but later pushed it in staged roll out in the form of iOS 18.1 and iOS 18.2. So far, Apple has brought Apple Intelligence features like Writing Tools, new Siri animation, ChatGPT integration, Photos app Clean Up tool and Memory maker, notification summaries, Mail and Messages summaries, Visual Intelligence on iPhone 16 series, Image Playground, Image Wand, Genmoji and more.

The next set of Apple Intelligence features is expected to include revamped Siri with AI, as part of iOS 18.3 or iOS 18.4 release.
