Bluetti has announced a pair of new AC2A and AC70 power stations that are designed to give people more scope to keep things up and running should there be a power cut, while also allowing them to use electric devices.
The two different models are available with hugely different capacities but both have plenty to keep people working or playing, and they both come with long five-year warranties and have app support.
Bluetti AC2A
The Bluetti AC2A model is light and small yet still has a 300W AC output and a 600W surge capability. It has a 204.8Wh capacity and weighs less than eight pounds. With a total of six output ports, it should have more than enough to keep you ticking over.
The Bluetti AC2A is equipped with a robust 204.8 Wh battery employing LiFePO4 cell technology, ensuring an impressive official rating of 3,000 life cycles. It offers a total of six outputs, which encompass a duo of 120V/300W AC ports for substantial power supply, a high-capacity USB-C port delivering 100W suitable for laptop charging, as well as a pair of USB-A ports with a combined output of 123W, tailored for efficient smartphone charging. Furthermore, it features a 12V/10A DC output for added versatility in powering various devices.
Bluetti AC70
The larger Bluetti AC70 has a 768Wh capacity with a 1000W output and support for a surge output of 2000W. That model comes with more outputs, seven, but it also weighs a lot more at 22.5 pounds.
In addition to its pair of 120V/1,000W AC outputs, the Bluetti offers two high-powered USB-C ports, each boasting 100W for devices like laptops. Additionally, it features two USB-A ports delivering 12W each, along with a 12V/10A DC output. This renders it a formidable portable power station capable of tackling substantial tasks, from running refrigerators and portable air conditioning units to powering mini kettles, hair dryers, and even small-scale power tools
Availability & Pricing
While pricing is as yet unavailable, the new products will both be available to buy from November 2 at Amazon and the Bluetti website, and all you need to do is choose the one that best fits your power and portability needs.
One’s definitely more suited to keeping around the home or office if your power situation isn’t great, while the other is more portable for taking on trips.
