Announced just now over on Windows Phone Developer Blog, the development tools for Windows Phone 7 are now final after the OS itself going gold a couple of weeks ago. OEMs and mobile operators are going through the final stages of testing their handsets and now devs can finally finalize their apps and games.
Other than that, the big M from Redmond has also demoed apps for Twitter, YouTube, Netflix, Flixster, OpenTable and Travelocity.
Windows Phone 7 is themed around the Metro UI which is Microsoft’s version of a next-generation smartphone user experience. Everything is clean and smooth and you can see all that and more in the videos below:
