Limera1n to Jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 / 4.0 / iPad Untethered?

I have just been tipped off on twitter about Limera1n.com – a domain which has been registered by the infamous iPhone hacker named George Hotz (aka geohot). The domain whois record for both blackra1n and limera1n shares same record and confirms that it has been registered by geohot on March 27. Whois record also reveals that it was last updated on April 13, almost effectively the same date when geohot successfully jailbroke iPhone OS 4 which makes it even more authentic. Though there is no confirmation about this by geohot himself.

Now the question is, is Limera1n the software which is going to jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 untethered for all the iDevices like iPhone, iPad and iPod touch?, or is it going to be the tool to jailbreak the new and upcoming iPhone OS 4?. My guess is on the later one. He is probably going to finish off iPhone 3.x jailbreak with blackra1n, and will use this new name for the next iPhone OS. What do you think? thoughts?
